Just a stones throw from Chadstone Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping complexes in Australia, and a short drive from the luxury retail hub of Malvern, our venue is the perfect combination of relaxation with the action of Melbourne on the doorstep.


Bring your car, catch public transport from the city, or ride share with other participants from the city or other accommodation options close by.


We are designing a flexible schedule so you can get out and explore at lunch time, or if you'd prefer to stay put, sign up for our VIP package and join Salena, along with our other presenters for lunch on both days 1+2.


A post-event networking cocktail party will be held at the end of day one with the option to travel together into the city to continue the festivities.

When & where is the conference?

Do you need to be a 7-figure retailer to attend?

Not at all, but this is not an event for start-ups or business owners who are happy with the status quo. This event is about growth strategies and preparing to scale. If that's you, then we can't wait to see you!

Why is my Golden Ticket free but I have to pay $50?

We have made the choice to make this an exclusive event so you can benefit from smaller workshop groups and get more time with our presenters and sponsors. This means places are extremely limited. We only want people booking who are serious about showing up. All conference attendees with a Golden Ticket will have their deposit refunded within 7 days of the event.

What does the conference schedule look like?

We're sticking to short, sharp presentations, interspersed with training sessions and workshops to give you focused time with industry professionals. The conference will have a focus on developing your sales, marketing, and financial management skills as well as inspirational presentations that focus on impact and mindset. There will be ample opportunity to network and meet other participants over the two days, including an evening networking event with food and drinks.

When will the topics and speakers be confirmed?

We're working on having all our presenters and workshop topics finalised by August 2022. However we reserve the right to vary the schedule to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and sessions if required.

Are meals provided?

Morning and afternoon tea is provided for all ticket holders on both days of the conference.


Lunch will be provided as part of our VIP package to any guests who upgrade their ticket, with vegetarian and gluten free options available.


Alternatively the conference venue is located a short drive from both Chadstone shopping centre and Malvern were there are several food options.

Can I bring my baby to the conference?

We're happy to accommodate babies under the age of 12-months.

Does the ticket include accommodation?

No! Once you've booked your ticket you will have access to our TRA LIVE membership page where we will be posting accommodation ideas and other fun things you may like to do whilst you're in Melbourne. If you're keen to ride share to or from the venue or aren't excited about the idea of staying on your own, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange. If you'd like to keep costs low you're more than welcome to call out for a roomie on our membership page or in our Retail Academy Facebook group.

What if I get Covid?

Tickets are booked on a strictly no refund basis (even if you get Covid).


In the event we need to cancel the conference, you will be refunded your deposit if you are a Golden Ticket holder, or the full cost of your ticket if you purchase a virtual ticket or general admission ticket. Golden Ticket holders will not be refunded the face value of their ticket.


If the event isn't cancelled but your home state goes into lockdown due to Covid-19 and you are unable to attend the event, your ticket will be fully refunded as per the guidelines above (or you will be offered a virtual ticket).
